6. You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

twcslot reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify twcslot's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. twcslot shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

twcslot employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no internet-based transmission can be guaranteed as absolutely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip dumping, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or misrepresenting identity to qualify for promotions;
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise to deposit into your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward twcslot support staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

twcslot reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

twcslot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared payment wallets, or accounts not belonging to the registered Player will be reversed, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

twcslot does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside twcslot's control.

Players may request withdrawals of funds from their Account subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Account has completed full KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available real-money balance;
• The Account is in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or compliance flags.

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. twcslot targets the following processing times: e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target benchmarks and not guaranteed service-level commitments.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply based on the Player's Account tier and verification status. Players on VIP tiers may be eligible for higher or unlimited daily withdrawal caps — contact support for details.

twcslot reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value transactions or where unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not constitute an accusation against the Player.

twcslot may, at its sole discretion, offer various promotional bonuses to eligible Players including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering/rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets placed above this cap while using bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute 10–20%. Check individual promotion terms for the specific contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified time window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days) will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cashout: Some bonuses cap the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on the twcslot Platform are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers and use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for statistical fairness. Advertised Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee returns in any individual gaming session.

Each game is governed by its own set of rules as published by the respective Game Provider. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the result of the affected round may be voided and the wager refunded at twcslot's discretion. Winnings generated during a proven software malfunction are not guaranteed and may be withheld pending investigation.

Sports betting markets are subject to separate betting rules governing settlement, match abandonment, and void bet criteria. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed to remain fixed if a bet is not confirmed, particularly in live/in-play markets where prices fluctuate in real time.

twcslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. The Platform is designed exclusively as a form of adult entertainment and must never be used as a financial strategy, a means to recover debts, or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

All content on the twcslot Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of twcslot or its licensed Game Providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of twcslot.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action for intellectual property infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twcslot and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, third-party payment provider errors, or connectivity issues beyond twcslot's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to loss of bonus funds due to terms violations;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay on the Platform, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. twcslot makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting twcslot's customer support team via the Platform's live chat. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification.

twcslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• The Account is believed to be involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time;
• The Account is identified as a duplicate of another Account held by the same individual;

Upon closure for breach, twcslot reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Verified real-money balances attributable to legitimate deposits (not bonus funds) will be returned where the investigation concludes no wrongdoing.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and twcslot, the Player is encouraged to first contact twcslot's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. twcslot will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5–10 business days of the dispute being formally lodged.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by twcslot's operating licence authority. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

twcslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, twcslot will notify registered Players via in-platform notification, email, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
